Tuesday I went to a competitor in Coppersmith to check things out. It would have been easier to get my husband to the Coppersmith store due to his mobility challenges. The salesperson told me to try three beds and she would be back. I tried several beds, waited a long time and finally left. I remembered my sister had bought a bed in Langley from a store with a similar name so I googled buying mattress in Richmond and saw your store name. When I was at your website I saw I could book an appointment and I am very glad I did. We are looking forward to our new bed.

No pressure, easy to deal with and “delivered” an excellent purchasing experience! Without knowing, we dealt directly with the owner, Mr Manji, who shared his knowledge and mattresses with us. Fair price for sure, but it was the customer service from the time we walked in the door till we had our delivery (from 2 professional, courteous and careful people) that made the difference and prompted us to write this review.
