Where do I begin, the service at the sleep shop was fantastic. Sharon the sales rep was fantastic not pushy and was very accommodating to my budget (I'm a university student). My boyfriend and I felt comfortable and informed on my purchase and the promised delivery was right on time; the delivery men were also excellent. Three months later were still love our a beautiful medium memory foam mattress. Would shop here again for pillows as well.

Patient, transparent and very thorough in his explanations was what set him apart. Tuesday I went to a competitor in Coppersmith to check things out. It would have been easier to get my husband to the Coppersmith store due to his mobility challenges. The salesperson told me to try three beds and she would be back. I tried several beds, waited a long time and finally left. I remembered my sister had bought a bed in Langley from a store with a similar name so I googled buying mattress in Richmond and saw your store name. When I was at your website I saw I could book an appointment and I am very glad I did. We are looking forward to our new bed.
